By accessing or purchasing from AvtoNova, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Product images are for illustration; actual items may vary slightly.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are accepted subject to stock availability. Payment is processed securely via Yoco. Orders are only dispatched once payment has been confirmed.

3. Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery via our trusted courier partners. Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days from confirmation of payment, though remote areas may take longer. Free delivery applies on orders over R2,000 within a 25km radius of 32 Mopedi Road, Sebenza, Edenvale, Johannesburg; a standard delivery fee applies on orders below this amount or outside this radius. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel an order at no charge before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled but eligible items may be returned. Full details are set out in our Cancellation Policy.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on faulty or incorrect items, which must be returned in original, uninstalled condition. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt. Full details are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Warranty

Our OEM-quality parts are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Manufacturer warranties may apply where specified. Warranties do not cover damage caused by incorrect fitment, misuse or normal wear and tear.

7. Limitation of Liability

AvtoNova is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use, including labour or installation costs. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text and logos — is the property of AvtoNova and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. Any disputes shall be resolved in South African courts.
